MARCH 20, 2026 – FIELD TRIP TO RILEY’S FARM (COLONIAL FARM LIFE) – CANCELED DUE TO NOT ENOUGH SIGN UPS
MARCH 27, 2026 – DADDY DAUGHTER DANCE (ASB planned event for K-8th graders) “ENCHANTED GARDEN“ – Calling all Dads join us for a fun evening of dancing, refreshments and photo opportunities with your little princess. This event will take place at the Grace campus from 5:30-7:30pm. $25 a Ticket for a father and daughter to attend $5 per additional daughter. You can pay by Venmo @ASB_Grace_Event or Cash and Check to Randa Waller in the PSP office on Tue and Thurs.
APRIL 17, 2026 – FIELD TRIP TO SCRIPPS OCEANOGRAPHY INSTITUTE IN LA JOLLA – This FREE field trip will be for jr. high and high school students so don’t miss this great educational field trip! Meeting time TBD. This will be a two-part field trip; tour the research pier and learn about the history of the college and what all they use the pier for; then tour their specimen collection lab. PLEASE use the restroom before the field trip starts as there are no bathrooms on the pier. This field trip is on a college, so parking is very tricky. Parking is free if you park in the public parking lot, but must allow 20 minutes for walking time to institute. Contacet Adriann Scott- 210-849-2192. THIS FIELD TRIP IS NOW FULL!
APRIL 24, 2026 – FIELD TRIP TO SCRIPPS OCEANOGRAPHY INSTITUTE IN LA JOLLA – This FREE field trip will be for elementary students so don’t miss this great educational field trip! Meeting time TBD. This will be a two-part field trip; tour the research pier and learn about the history of the college and what all they use the pier for; then go out onto the beach and learn all about the little critters that wash up on shore, rock erosion and more. Make sure shoes can get wet! PLEASE use the restroom before the field trip starts as there are no bathrooms on the pier. This field trip is on a college, so parking is very tricky. Parking is free if you park in the public parking lot, but must allow 20 minutes for walking time to institute. MUST RSVP by April 10 to Adriann Scott- 210-849-2192. Space is limited to 50 people max and currently 20 spots left!!
MAY 1, 2026 – HIGH SCHOOL PROM (9-12th Grade Students) – Join us from 5pm to 10pm for a beautiful “Evening on the Bayou” at Monteleone Meadows (35245 Briggs Rd, Murrieta CA 92563), 10-acres of land featuring a beautiful garden, walking paths, pond with a waterfall, a gazebo and much more. The grounds will be open for photos and refreshments for the students from 5:00-5:45pm. Parents are welcome to take photos during this time. The evening will include Prom photos around the property, refreshments, full dinner, dessert bar, royal court, DJ music, and dancing. Dinner will be Tri-Tip and Chicken, Green beans, Caesar Salad, Cheesy Potatoes and freshly made Dinner Rolls, with a S’mores Dessert Bar. All students and guests attending must fill out this form: GRACE DANCE FORM The cost is $90 per person and high school guests are welcome (no one over 18 years old). PAY BY Cash, Check or Venmo @ASB_Grace_Event – Keepsake tickets can be picked up at the PSP office from Randa Waller. Last day to purchase tickets is April 16, 2026. MAY 6, 2026 – ANGEL STADIUM S.T.E.M. FIELD TRIP (Note this is a Wednesday) – Angel Stadium in Anaheim (2000 E Gene Autry Way, off 57South at E Katella Ave and S Douglass Rd). Field trip starts at 10am sharp so allow for driving time and traffic to 12:30pm for STEM activity; Baseball game starts at 1:07pm Angels vs White Socks. STEM activity includes Math, Physics, Engineering and Technology the children which will lots of fun learning about sports with physical and hands-on activities. There will be designated stations for each activity. The cost is $30 per person. Parking is $20 per car. No backpacks allowed – Small clear bags for belongings are recommended and please note that this is a cashless venue. For food: Packed lunches are welcome, or pre-purchased box lunches can be added on for $10 and must be paid for with your ticket (Jersey Mikes box lunch is a mini turkey and provolone sandwich with chips, cookie and a small water bottle. OCTOBER 2026 (NEXT SCHOOL YEAR) – GRACE HOMESCHOOL WASHINGTON DC TRIP FOR 7-12th GRADE STUDENTS & PARENTS – Grace Homeschool will be taking students and parents on a trip of a life time. 8 days and 7 nights in our nation’s capital on the American Heritage Tour, all inclusive for only $2,799. Priority Registration Deadline: October 30, 2025 Non-refundable deposit of $350 is due at the time of registration to guarantee you a spot on the trip.
