ENROLLMENT INFORMATION AND PROCESS FOR NEW FAMILIES

PSP ENROLLMENT ENDS ON JULY 15, 2024

After you have read through the information on this website about our PSP program, and you have made a decision that Grace Homeschool PSP is right for your family, you may begin the enrollment process. To do so, you will need to download and fill out the Application (see form below-either PDF or Word Doc to print and fill out) and returned to our PSP administrator at GraceHomeschool.psp@gmail.com

Our Administrator will make contact with you to conduct an in-person or phone interview. After which you will need to turn in the Statement of Faith and Financial Agreement (under “Required Forms”) and the following forms for new families: Student Education History (one per student), Request for Student Records (one per student). The links to these forms to download and print out are below, and should be returned to our administrator.

*PLEASE NOTE: FOR ALL HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS, WE WILL NEED A TRANSCRIPT FROM PREVIOUS SCHOOL

HIGH SCHOOL CREDIT UNDERSTANDING AGREEMENT

After receipt of all required forms, you will be sent an invoice with enrollment fees & records deposit due for your family.
